Many of C&O's chefs spent their entire career onboard C&O's dining cars! Recipes from "The Flying Virginian", "The George Washington", and other trains are here! Some of the recipes are: Chesapeake Bay Fish Stew, Spring Chicken Fricassee, Mullagtawny Soup, Potted Swiss Steak, Carrots Vichy,  Mexican Style Cole Slaw, Hot Turkey Sandwich, Nectarine Sauce,  Bread & Butter Pudding and MANY MORE! There is also information on ""Gadsby's Tavern" (C&O Diner # 965) which was the only surviving dining car from the original "George Washington" train. LOTS of nostalgia here! HARD TO FIND!
