Returns
I accept returns with buyer paying shipping to return the item and I will then return the full purchase price but not the shipping either way as it will not be refunded to me.
I have had some bad experiences with unscrupulous people buying items and switching out parts or returning identical items in lesser condition for refund. To avoid conflict, any item I list as mint or new will show no sign of wear on the wheels and will either be an item I purchased new or purchased from a reputable collector. I will not accept returns on items sold in mint or new condition unless they are returned in the same condition. I can never guarantee the operation of new items as they have never been run or tested. Please bear this in mind as a new item that is purchased is not guaranteed to work and trying to use it reduces the condition from new to used.
