LITTLE EVA STOVE WORKS Iron Mini Stove w/Accessories Antique

The heavy black cast iron stove has embossed radiating designs on each door,
shaped-edge stove top, four top burners, opening oven doors on either side, oven rack, double grate doors at front, embossed design at the back, very wide front hearth with removable hearth plate lettered "Little Eva F. Southard".
The Little Eva stove was designed prior to 1876 (after that time the F. Southard ironworks firm became Southard, Robertson & Co.). Its popularity was immense and the toy stove was made at least until 1913.
The firm advertised that the "attractive, instructing and amusing Toy Stove" worked just like a regular cook stove and would burn equally as well. American, circa 1885, Southard, Robertson & Co.
