As you can see in the photos the bottle is not completely full, that is how we received these. My guess is that the shampoo was a bit thicker and heavier than the bottle was designed for. Hence they do not sell this size anymore as it looks not full. I have weighed the bottle with the shampoo and it comes out to 22 1/2 oz, so considering the empty bottle probably weighs 2-3 oz it looks like the weight is all there.
