This listing is for a toy cannon by Redondo, made in Spain, the name is "Bombardero", which is Spainish for cannon. This cast metal cannon, rolls easily on its metal wheels. Tip the cannon barrel up and pull the lever up till it locks in place, that holds the paper in place, then put the barrel down. Press on the lever between the back wheels and it works, unable to test completely, it all looks to be fully functional. The inner diameter of the cannon barrel is 5.35mm, with a length of 2.65 inches. The total length is 3 3/8".

The USPS does not offer USPS Parcel Select shipping
anymore through eBay.  We will only ship via USPS due to package handling issues.  This will probably only affect larger heavier packages.  If something else can be worked out ahead of time, please advise, otherwise First Class and Priority are the only offered services we are willing to use.

Shipping international

We will, until further notice stop shipping outside of North America - USA/Canada/Mexico

We have had 3 packages in 10 days not make it to their destination, I really hate losing money.  Once countries resolve their shippng problems, we will then begin shipping beyond our borders. If the package does not arrive within the USPS time frame, we may provide a refund.  If the package is received after a refund has been sent, we ask that you contact us, so I can then send you a invoice for payment. Unless there is damage, which images
must
be provided, then we will work with you.  The buyer will be responsible for letting me know prior to payment or right after in the notes section, best would be before you receive my invoice.
Any item that is over .00
no matter what it is, will be sent Priority International, due to the loss of items that have disappeared.  If the item is over 0.00 a signature will be required as well.  This is due to the losses we have had from either the USPS or the postal service in the receiving nation.  If the buyer contacts us prior to the ending of the listing, perhaps we can work something else out, otherwise, that is how it stands, much to our regrets.  We will NOT use eBays Global Shipping Program, takes much longer to receive and cost nearly identical to USPS.  Please do not request this program, if so, we will cancel the transaction.

Terms of Sale
Payment is expected within 3 days of the date of the invoice that will be sent to you.  We do accept returns with these conditions.  First, you must contact us prior to returning an item and explain why you need to return it.  Second, shipping of the return item is the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is a damage issue.  Any item returned that is not in the same condition it was in when it was sent, will not receive a refund or replacement.  If there was an error in the listing that was our oversight, return costs will be reimbursed along with a full refund.  We will do our best to work with you to keep our customers happy.
